Return Policy

Products that are unused, unopened, and in original packaging are eligible for a full refund up to 10 days after the date of purchase and may be eligible for an in-store credit or exchange up to 30 days after the date of purchase.

We are unable to return or exchange open or used products excluding the instances below:

1. Reaction to product: Upon doctor confirmation of skin reaction, used products are eligible for a full refund up to 10 days after the date of purchase and an in-store exchange up to 30 days after the date of purchase.

2. Defective packaging: Opened products with defective packaging can be replaced with the same item for up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
